Greetings! Please make our beautiful Sanibel Island condo your special vacation destination. We are located in southwest Florida, just off the coast from Fort Meyers. Our condominium is in a small townhouse-style development with only 44 units. Very peaceful and relaxing.
We are situated on the first floor, a short walk from a covered parking spot to the front door. Our unit is very roomy at 1,250 square feet. This can easily accommodate two couples and/or families. Kids will love the place as there is plenty to explore on Sanibel Island, one of Florida's top vacation retreat spots. Plenty of sports activities such as fishing, tennis, boating, and biking are available. There is shopping just walking distance away, as well as fine restaurants, live entertainment, movie theater and the breath-taking J.N. "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge.
Also, we are very fortunate to have a private, deeded beach access. This path is located just across the street and is a very short one block stroll to the beach.
We keep our condo updated and fresh. For your convenience we have on island staff, so there is always someone available if you have any questions. We offer one of the best values on Sanibel Island. Visitors to Seashells are a loyal bunch, having discovered this gem!
Please also note that I self manage my condominium. This means I can be very flexible on arrival/departure dates. It also means you pay no rental agent fees of any kind, making my condo one of the better values on the island. I have quite a few loyal guests, so please book your stay as early as possible.
