Rental Information
To make a reservation just call 651.290.0172 or email me. I am the owner.
Upon receipt of your down payment you will receive a written confirmation of your reservation. You will also receive directions, maps, and other assorted info. Keys will be mailed to you prior to your departure to your retreat. Payment by check is preferred.
Should you need any assistance during your stay, I have support staff available. Their phone numbers are displayed in the condo.
I do not have a local management company. I self-manage my condo. I do have on-island staff if needed.
You are working directly with the owner. This saves you hundreds of dollars in management fees.
Please keep in mind that my condo, being one of the best values on Sanibel Island, is regularly booked. Please make your reservation early to ensure availability.
